Job Summary
Oversee all aspects of sprinkler construction projects, from planning to completion, with oversight of multiple projects. Manage all stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and vendors. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and documentation. Ensure safety and regulatory compliance. Manage field personnel for scheduling, training, and safety compliance. Strong project-management and communication skills, with deep knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations to deliver safe, efficient, and compliant sprinkler-construction work.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in construction management -Sprinkler Installation
- 10+ years of fire alarm installation experience
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
