Job Summary
Oversee daily operations of an Intensive Rehabilitation Treatment Program, including organizing admissions and discharges, conducting diagnostic and risk assessments, and providing direct client services. Supervise staff to achieve clinical, financial, and service objectives while developing individual treatment plans and preventing crisis escalation. Manage program budgets, ensure compliance with licenses and accreditation standards, and lead weekly supervision and staff meetings. Write progress notes, coordinate case management, and provide clinical training to new and transferring employees.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in social work, counseling, or closely related field
- Experience with Diagnostic Assessments
- Working knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations concerning services to individuals with mental illness, including IRTS variance
- Licensure (LICSW, LP, LPCC, or LMFT)
- Minimum of 4000 hours (post Master's) of verifiable work experience providing services and support to individuals with mental illness
- Valid Driver's License and valid car insurance
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Capable of working responsibly with highly confidential information
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Travel as needed
- Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 30 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects
Desired Qualifications
- Two-year previous supervisory experience (must be clinical supervision)
