Job Summary
Spring 2027 Manufacturing Engineering Internship for an undergraduate student. Interns work directly with Blue teams on projects across the development and fabrication of mechanical, propulsion, structural, fluid, and avionics systems. Projects involve integration of design for manufacturing, test, operations, and materials & processes. The role offers hands-on, real-world experience with mentorship and opportunities to learn about other parts of the organization, including events and cross-functional collaboration. Responsibilities center on applying manufacturing engineering principles, GD&T/DFMA knowledge, and contributing to product design and manufacturing workflows; interns are expected to engage in hands-on project work, develop technical and leadership skills, and communicate effectively within a team. Housing and relocation support are provided, and interns are responsible for daily transportation to and from work locations.
Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program with at least one semester or quarter remaining after the internship
- Available to work full time for 15 weeks while not concurrently enrolled in coursework
- Strong written, verbal, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Passion for mission and vision
