Job Summary
Spreader Truck Driver responsible for driving and operating a tank-mounted straight truck with trailer to spread asphalt products, primarily emulsions. Role includes pre-trip inspections, equipment maintenance, fuel and tire management, maintaining ELDs, and timely time-record submission. Must have Class A CDL with Tanker and HazMat endorsements and prior spreader-driver experience; ability to work outdoors, travel as required, and operate a manual transmission. Role emphasizes safety, reliability, and coordination with customers and internal teams to meet company goals.
Required Qualifications
- CDL license with Tanker endorsement
- HazMat endorsement
- Valid Class A license in good standing
- Ability to drive manual transmission
- Spreader driver experience
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Safety-conscious, team-oriented
- Ability to work outdoors and travel as needed
