Spreader

Distribute and spread powder blends, granules, or ingredients onto trays, pans, or designated surfaces for subsequent drying, encapsulation, or compression. Verify blend specifications for thickness, weight, and homogeneity while operating and adjusting related equipment. Comply with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintain cleanliness in the work area according to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Record production data in logs and report deviations, equipment malfunctions, or irregularities to the supervisor. Assist in cleaning and sanitization of equipment and production areas while following industrial safety protocols and using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
