Job Summary
Conduct spray seal operations as a crew member for Fulton Hogan's expanding team in Ballarat. Perform duties requiring an MR truck licence or higher, with availability to work nights and weekends when required. Maintain excellent communication and attitude while adhering to safety standards in a collaborative environment. This full-time permanent role includes tailored training, leadership, and mentoring programs alongside competitive rates with penalties and allowances.
Required Qualifications
- Current Drivers Licence - MR truck licence or above
- Availability to work nights/weekends when required
- Good communication skills
- Excellent attitude, hardworking, positive and a team player
- A willingness to learn new skills
