Sprayer Driver

Operate the bitumen sprayer truck during sealing and reseal works, performing spray seal physical duties and monitoring spray rates, coverage, and equipment performance for quality results. Execute road work construction and maintenance while ensuring safe operation near live traffic. Attend toolbox meetings, pre-starts, risk assessments, and project-specific data capture. A valid Dangerous Goods Licence or Truck Licence is required, with previous bitumen sprayer experience beneficial. Availability for overtime, weekends, nights, and living away from home is necessary. Pre-employment includes a medical check, drug and alcohol screening, and construction induction. This role supports Fulton Hogan's Ballarat Infrastructure Services team in delivering high-quality infrastructure across Australia, New Zealand, and the South Pacific.
