Job Summary
Verify daily orders by reviewing the production schedule, then ensure molds are clean and properly prepared before spraying gelcoat on fiberglass molds in required colors. Mask molds with paper and wax them, verifying all items for quality before production begins. Adhere strictly to safety and quality standards while mixing and spraying to fulfill orders on the production schedule. This Full-Time role requires accurate tape measuring, basic math, and the ability to lift up to 60 lbs. with overtime availability. Located in Wentzville, MO, the team values dependability, safety consciousness, and strong communication skills within a culture of quality craftsmanship.
