Job Summary
Apply mosquito control treatments to residential and commercial properties while safely operating backpack sprayers and driving a company vehicle between appointments. Inspect properties for mosquito activity conditions and communicate professionally with customers before and after each service. Complete service documentation using company software and maintain accurate records while following all safety procedures and pesticide label requirements. Travel throughout the Richmond area during daytime hours from March through October, working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to lift and carry up to 60 pounds
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat and humidity
- Ability to walk on uneven terrain and stand for extended periods
- Strong work ethic with dependable attendance
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Monday–Friday with occasional Saturdays during peak season, based on business needs
- Daytime hours
- Seasonal, Full-Time (March–October)
