Job Summary
Spray & chemical applications on Branson Hills Golf Club’s course; calibrate, operate, and maintain spray equipment; safely mix and handle fertilizers, herbicides, fungicides, and pesticides per label and regulatory requirements; maintain accurate records of applications and chemical inventory; assist with mowing, edging greens/tees/fairways, bunkers, irrigation monitoring, and seasonal maintenance projects such as aerification/topdressing; training and pesticide licensing support provided. Requires Missouri pesticide licensing or ability to obtain, valid driver’s license, and ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Golf course maintenance or turfgrass experience preferred, but not required
- Missouri pesticide applicator license or ability to obtain within a reasonable timeframe
- Valid driver’s license
- Current Missouri Pesticide License, or willing to obtain
- Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to wear PPE during chemical applications
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with golf course maintenance or turfgrass
- Missouri pesticide applicator license or ability to obtain
- Valid driver’s license
- Current Missouri Pesticide License, or willing to obtain
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to safety
