Spray Dyer Operator

Operate spray dryer equipment (R3 dryer) and perform CIP of spray dryers, holding tanks, and line circuits. Connect tanks and piping for drying products, run established CIP cycles, and monitor processing data to achieve QC-approved products with optimal yields at lowest costs. Manage startup and operation of equipment, utilize FIX operator interface and SAP for batch tracking, and follow GMP and sanitation procedures. Requires ability to work independently, lift up to 35–40 pounds, and fulfill physical duties (walking, climbing stairs, bending, reaching). Education: High school diploma or GED; 6–12 months of experience in a food manufacturing environment desirable. Location: Rochester, MN onsite.
