Spray Dryer Operator

Oversee all production activities for chemical spray drying, including system start-up, operation, shutdown, cleaning, and batching. Mix chemical and food batches while monitoring and sampling in accordance with SOPs, and record all process and production data. Troubleshoot dryer processes by working closely with Supervisors and Engineers, and assist with routine maintenance to maintain a clean work environment. Ensure the production process runs safely and smoothly to produce quality products meeting customer specifications. This role requires the ability to lift 55 pounds, climb ladders, and work off-shifts, overtime, and weekends. A valid driver's license and experience with PLCs are essential.
