Spray Booth Operator - 2nd Shift

Job Summary
Operate advanced finish spraying and sanding equipment to safely complete solid and veneered interior and exterior wood products for customer orders, inventory, and prototypes. Oversee workstation safety, ensuring safe work practices and maintaining a secure environment for all associates while reading Safety Data Sheets and wearing required respirators. Maintain high attention to detail and accuracy in all finishing tasks within a fast-paced manufacturing setting. Work the second shift from 3:15 p.m. to 1:45 a.m., Monday through Thursday, with overtime on Fridays and Saturdays.
Required Qualifications
- Commercial/Industrial Finish Paint/Spray/Stain Experience, 1 year
- Dependable, punctual, good attendance
- Ability to interact well with others in the common pursuit of working safely while producing material that meets all quality attributes and standards
- Must be able to read Safety Data Sheets (SDS)
- Must be able to wear a respirator
- Monday to Thursday 4/10, overtime on Friday/Saturday
- 2nd Shift – 3:15 p.m. – 1:45 a.m.
Desired Qualifications
- 1-2 years Wood Finishing Experience (Spray Finishing preferred)
- Knowledge of wood products and finishing
- 1-3 years of past manufacturing experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- OSHA 10-hour training
