Job Summary
Coordinate and guide truck movements in the yard, assisting drivers during backing and docking while inspecting areas for hazards. Communicate clearly with personnel using hand signals or radios to ensure proper alignment at loading docks. Perform routine equipment checks, maintain accurate movement records, and support warehouse loading/unloading as needed. Follow all OSHA safety standards and be prepared to work outdoors in varied weather conditions. Flexible availability required for any shift, overtime, weekends, and holidays. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in warehouse, yard, or logistics operations
- Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions and perform physical tasks (lifting up to 50 lbs)
- Strong communication skills
- commitment to safety
- Basic understanding of yard operations and trailer handling
- Flexible availability: able to work any shift, overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
