Spotlight Operator

Operate and maintain spotlight equipment during rehearsals and live performances, following lighting cues from the Lighting Designer, Stage Manager, or Technical Director; collaborate with the production team to align spotlight effects with the artistic vision; ensure smooth transitions, accurate focus, and consistent lighting intensity; perform routine maintenance and inspections of spotlight equipment; participate in pre-show rehearsals to familiarize with cues and production requirements; adhere to safety protocols while working with lighting and electrical equipment; assist with setup and teardown of lighting equipment as needed.
