Required Qualifications
- Previous spot welding experience required
- At least 1 year of manufacturing experience, preferably in sheet metal
- Ability to read a ruler and micrometer
- Knowledge of measuring tools including dial calipers and squares
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and procedural instructions
- Basic math skills
- Good attendance and positive attitude
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment
