Job Summary
Assistant Store Manager to lead our Sportscraft Williamstown Store on a part-time basis (18 hours/week). Responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer-focused service rooted in the brand’s authenticity, assisting in managing budgets and interpreting financial reports, crafting efficient rosters, supporting the Manager to drive team performance and development, maintaining stock control, executing flawless visual merchandising that reflects the brand, and cultivating strong relationships with stakeholders across the business. The role requires Retail Management experience in a premium retail environment, ability to drive sales targets and KPIs, capacity to train and motivate team members, strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication, task prioritisation, a passion for fashion, a flexible and innovative approach to changing work demands, and a dress and presentation alignment with the brand.
Required Qualifications
- Retail Management experience in a high end or premium retail environment
- Ability to drive store performance and achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Proven ability to train, develop and motivate team members in a fast paced retail environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to prioritise tasks and expectations
- An obvious love for fashion and a strong sense of personal style and presentation
- Flexible and innovative approach in reacting positively to changing work demands
