Job Summary
Oversees wagering policies for Race & Sports books, ensures AML & Title 31 compliance, and supervises Sportsbook Operations personnel. Coaches, guides and evaluates staff; manages work schedules, hiring, training, and merit system administration. Develops operating plans to meet forecasted operating expenses and ensures betting limits are followed. Monitors industry practices and regulatory developments, emphasizes customer recognition and development, and maintains regulatory compliance and asset security. Requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, budgeting ability, English fluency, and supervisory experience.

- Excellent verbal and written skills in English.
- Ability to analyze financial statements.
- Ability to explain wagering to new guests
- Ability to plan and execute departmental budget.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- 2 years supervisory experience required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- College education with Financial or Business background preferred
