Job Summary
Provide high-level customer service to regulars and novice bettors as the face of the retail operation. Advise customers on the menu of sports betting options to help them make informed, responsible wagering decisions. Ensure everyone feels welcome while interacting with the public in a fast-paced environment. This role reports to the District Manager and focuses on driving responsible sports wagering within the William Hill retail network.
Required Qualifications
