Job Summary
Welcome customers to the retail sports book operation and provide high-level customer service to both regulars and novice bettors. Act as the face of the business by advising clients on the menu of sports betting options and answering questions to help them make informed, responsible wagering decisions. Maintain a friendly and welcoming environment for all patrons while ensuring compliance with responsible gaming standards. This full-time role reports directly to the District Manager and is located in the William Hill retail network across America.
Required Qualifications
- Expertise in sports betting options
- Ability to provide high level of customer service to regulars and novice bettors
- Ability to advise and answer customer questions regarding sports wagering
