Job Summary
Assist the Sportsbook Shift Manager in operating the Sportsbook, Racebook, and Keno areas by placing bets and approving or denying wagers. Handle guest and employee conflicts calmly and rationally within a fast-paced environment while maintaining a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays. This role requires frequent standing and walking.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- One (1) year of Sportsbook experience
- Bachelor degree and six (6) months of Sportsbook experience
- Two (2) years of experience in a cashier or customer service role
- At least one (1) year of supervisory experience
- Ability to respond calmly and make rational decisions when handling guest and employee conflicts in a fast pace environment
- Flexible work schedule
- Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand and walk frequently
