Job Summary
Sportsbook Supervisor responsible for day-to-day Sports Book operations, including establishing betting proposition limits, ensuring compliance with gaming regulations and company policies, and promoting positive customer relations. Oversees daily operations, maintains thorough records to ensure integrity, handles scheduling, coaching, counseling, and training of personnel, explains rules/payoffs to customers, resolves customer issues promptly, and maintains communication with the Race & Sports Hub for guideline updates. Requires knowledge of applicable gaming regulations, strong customer service and communication skills, and the ability to obtain/maintain required licenses/certifications. Location: King of Prussia, PA (in-person).
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- One (1) year of recent experience in the same or similar position preferred
- Must be thoroughly knowledgeable in applicable gaming regulations
- Must have excellent customer service and communication skills
- Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications
