Job Summary
Establish limits for betting propositions, oversee daily sportsbook operations, and interpret rules and payoffs for customers. Ensure adherence to gaming regulations, company policies, and property procedures while maintaining accurate transaction records. Resolve customer issues promptly and manage personnel matters including scheduling, coaching, and training. Maintain communication with the Company's Race & Sports Hub to stay updated on guidelines. Must be at least 21 years old with one year of recent experience in a similar position and thorough knowledge of applicable gaming laws.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must be thoroughly knowledgeable in applicable gaming regulations
- Must have excellent customer service and communication skills
- Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications
Desired Qualifications
- One (1) year of recent experience in the same or similar position preferred
