Job Summary
Accurately write, verify, and pay tickets for sports wagers while maintaining assigned cash banks and reconciling funds at shift end. Process wagers and payouts precisely, explain betting lines and odds to guests, and ensure stations remain stocked and clean. Supervise team members by monitoring activity for suspicious behavior, approving wagers within limits, and resolving disputes. Reconcile cash drawers, prepare daily sports sheets, and support training, performance evaluations, and scheduling adjustments. Comply with Title 31 and SAR requirements while maintaining strict confidentiality. This dual-coded role offers hourly rates of $17.00 or $24.00 depending on assignment, with part-time or seasonal availability. Team members work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a high-volume, cash-handling customer service role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to lead, motivate, and support a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with Title 31 and Suspicious Activity Reporting (SAR) requirements
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
