Job Summary
Manage sportsbook operations at Little Creek Casino Resort, including staffing, scheduling, training, and mentoring staff to promote high performance, guest service, and regulatory compliance. Lead budgeting, vendor relations, and the implementation of internal controls for secure cash flow, while driving profitability, staff development, and a positive work environment for the Sports Book team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar field, preferred
- Class III Gaming License
- Previous experience in creation of sports betting internal controls, procedures, and house rules
- Previous experience in development of sport betting related marketing and customer acquisition
- A combination of education and experience may be considered
