Job Summary
Manage cash exchanges and winning ticket payouts for guests while adhering to established sports betting rules and policies. Maintain the cash bank by documenting all transactions and performing end-of-shift balancing, ensuring accurate entry of information into the till. Process requested wagers, verify winning tickets, and handle voided wagers promptly. Monitor betting patterns for anomalies such as proxy betting and report them to the Supervisor. Provide betting assistance and respond immediately to guest questions or concerns regarding popular lines and odds. Safeguard confidential information and maintain a clean, professional Sportsbook environment. Work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a rotating schedule in a fast-paced, crowded setting.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand and/or sit for extended periods of time
- Ability to work evenings based on a rotating schedule
