Job Summary
Position focuses on providing outstanding customer service by processing wagers for guests betting on sports events and ensuring accurate cash handling. Responsibilities include engaging patrons to resolve questions or disputes, balancing and maintaining a till, issuing and redeeming tickets and vouchers, communicating wagering options and promotions, escalating issues per regulatory and company policies, and maintaining a neat window for the next shift. Requires knowledge of sports wagering terminology, compliance with Ohio CCC regulations, strong communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, and physical ability to stand/walk for long periods in a loud, smoking environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age
- Must obtain and maintain all licenses / certifications per Federal, State, and Gaming regulations
- Must successfully pass background check
- Must successfully pass drug screening
- Currently located in or willing to relocate to Cincinnati, Ohio area
