SPORTS SITE COORDINATOR

Oversee the daily operations of YMCA soccer programs, supervise staff, hire and onboard, and manage scheduling and payroll. Serve as primary point of contact for participant, parent, and staff inquiries; maintain program records and communications; lead staff development and provide performance feedback. Ensure program quality, safety, and adherence to YMCA standards; coordinate games, practices, clinics, and events; oversee facility operations and equipment. Support the Director of Soccer and perform Director responsibilities during absences; contribute to program planning and operational needs. Part-time role focused on staff supervision, program administration, and exceptional participant experience across multiple sites (Wilmington and Hampstead, NC).
