Job Summary
Provide expert manual therapy, massage, myofascial release, and assisted stretching to members; lead private and small group recovery training sessions; ensure accurate setup and tracking of client programs including dotFIT profiles and measurements; engage with members on the gym floor and foster relationships; maintain a safe, clean recovery environment and manage scheduling for client sessions; bring in-depth knowledge of recovery programming and certifications to educate members on recovery science and supplementation; position includes flexible scheduling, opportunities for advancement, and a base compensation with performance bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) or Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) or Physical Therapist (PT) or equivalent with advanced recovery modalities
- Current CPR/AED certification
- Current dotFIT certification (or willingness to complete during onboarding)
