Job Summary
Sports Recovery Specialist delivers advanced recovery modalities (manual therapy, massage, myofascial release, assisted stretching) to members, sells and conducts private and small group recovery sessions to meet revenue objectives, and manages client programs (including dotFIT profiles, measurements, and customized plans). Responsibilities include engaging with members on the gym floor, maintaining a safe recovery environment, and ensuring readiness for all appointments. Candidates should have in-depth knowledge of private training techniques and recovery programming, strong communication skills to educate members on recovery science and supplementation, and professional accountability to uphold scheduling and program administration standards.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT)
- Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC)
- Physical Therapist (PT)
- equivalent certified experience with advanced recovery modalities
- Current CPR/AED certification
- Current dotFIT certification (or willingness to complete during onboarding)
