Job Summary
Sports Recovery Specialist at UFC GYM implementing advanced recovery modalities (manual therapy, massage, myofascial release, assisted stretching) and leading private/small group recovery training; responsible for program setup and tracking (dotFIT profiles, measurements), driving revenue through sessions and recovery booths, engaging members on the gym floor, and maintaining a safe, welcoming recovery environment; must demonstrate expertise in private training techniques, recovery programming, strong communication, organization, and punctuality; requires relevant licensure/certification (LMT/ATC/PT) and CPR/AED; positions offer flexible scheduling and a base plus bonuses with opportunities for certification support and advancement.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) or Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) or Physical Therapist (PT) or equivalent certified experience with advanced recovery modalities
- CPR/AED certification
- dotFIT certification (or willingness to complete during onboarding)
