Job Summary
Provide expert manual therapy and advanced recovery modalities (e.g., massage, myofascial release, assisted stretching) to members; conduct and sell private and small group recovery training sessions to meet revenue objectives; administer client programs including dotFIT profiles and customized workout/recovery plans; actively engage with members on the gym floor to foster relationships and drive participation; maintain a prepared, clean, and welcoming recovery environment and ensure efficient scheduling for client sessions.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT), Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC), Physical Therapist (PT), or possess equivalent certified experience with advanced recovery modalities.
