Job Summary
Sports Recovery Specialist responsible for providing expert manual therapy, massage, myofascial release, and advanced recovery modalities; conducting and selling private and small group recovery training sessions to meet revenue objectives; maintaining accurate client programs and measurement tracking (dotFIT profiles); engaging with members on the gym floor to foster relationships; arriving prepared for all appointments and maintaining a clean, safe recovery environment. Must apply specialized recovery programming with knowledge of private training techniques, fitness assessments, and recovery science; strong communication and organizational skills; and a professional, energetic approach to helping athletes perform at their peak. Role supports a flexible, part-time schedule and includes opportunities for advancement and certification support.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT), Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC), Physical Therapist (PT), or possess equivalent certified experience with advanced recovery modalities.
- Current CPR/AED certification.
- Current dotFIT certification (or willingness to complete during onboarding).
