Sports Physical Therapist - PRN

Sports Physical Therapist – PRN position. Provides evaluation, development of an individualized plan of care, and implementation of PT treatment programs for patients from ages 0 through adulthood in a fast-paced setting. Responsibilities include completing patient evaluations/reassessments, developing care plans, providing clinical support to outpatient clinics or specialty programs, mentoring less experienced staff, documenting in the electronic medical record with limited errors, acting as a clinical instructor for at least one professional student per year, and participating in safety, quality improvement activities. Compliance with respiratory fit testing and occupational health standards is required.
