Job Summary
Lead the North Area Club Soccer program as the primary contact for coaches and parents, implementing policies, recruiting staff, and managing financial aspects of trainers. Schedule practices and games, secure referees, and oversee technical development of players while pushing coaches toward US Soccer licenses. Manage facility readiness, equipment inventory, and minor repairs, ensuring safety and quality across fields and courts. Coordinate with campus teams for facility usage, lead coach and parent meetings, and integrate ministry elements like huddles and curriculum into all programs. Support volunteer recruitment for guest services and field operations, assist with league implementation, and contribute to non-Stars campus-wide events. Variable schedule includes two nights weekly and Saturdays during the season.

- Ability to constantly grow in skills needed for the job, spiritual and leadership growth, seeks feedback
- Ability to multitask and manage time as often working on 2-3 seasons at once
