Job Summary
Follow all YMCA policies, rules, regulations, and emergency safety procedures at all times. Serve as a role model to staff, members, and guests by demonstrating the organization's mission and core values. Assist with sports activities and advance the YMCA Program while ensuring a level of service that builds relationships and fosters loyalty. Perform record keeping and tracking for sporting events. Submit vacation requests two weeks prior to time off and provide a two-week notice before resigning. Attend all required staff meetings and complete other duties as assigned by the supervisor. Maintain excellent communication skills and commit to the YMCA mission and character development. Obtain CPR/AED, First Aid, and Safe Schools certifications within 90 days of hire.
Required Qualifications

- Have an understanding of sports rules and regulations as pertaining to duties
- Must meet all pre-employment requirements including: criminal background investigation as required
- CPR/AED certification
- First Aid certification
- Safe schools certification
