Job Summary
Promote and sell Stryker Sports Medicine products to enable faster patient recovery from sports-related injuries. Act as a sales lead by preparing pitches, managing demo meetings, and analyzing market territories while negotiating prices and terms. Serve as a subject matter expert to educate doctors and nurses on product usage and maintenance, including direct evaluations in operating rooms. Generate growth for sports medicine sales and exceed quarterly quotas through strategic relationship building and persuasive communication.
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience working in an outside sales position
- medical related fields
- A minimum education level of a bachelor's degree
- equivalent of five (5) years of commercial sales experience
- medical field experience
- operating room experience
- Must be able to drive an automobile
