Sports Instructor

YMCA of South Florida seeks a part-time Sports Instructor to plan and teach youth sports for participants ages 3 through 17 under the Sports Director, act as liaison between director and staff, and coordinate with the Program Director to promote Youth Sports in the community. Responsibilities include developing age-appropriate programs, ensuring safe learning environments, communicating progress and concerns to parents, training volunteers, attending staff meetings, and upholding YMCA risk management and core values. Required skills include bilingual communication (English/Spanish a plus), strong interpersonal and organizational abilities, proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel, and the ability to engage diverse participants and families.
