Job Summary
Coordinate sports programs and initiatives to exceed member expectations while expanding YMCA services within the community. Communicate accurate program rules and policies to parents and participants, supervise large groups, and foster positive relationships with staff, volunteers, and the community. Assist the Senior Program Director with overall program growth, support the Annual Campaign fundraising program, and maintain high standards of customer service. Uphold Judeo-Christian principles and the four pillars of character in all interactions. Perform other duties as assigned, including supervisory responsibilities for hiring, training, and performance appraisings.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma
- Associate degree
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Authorization to work with children under Georgia Department of Labor and YMCA guidelines
