Job Summary
Track program statistics, develop flyers, create rosters, and enter participant data into the computer system. Maintain equipment and supplies, coordinate all purchases with the Program Director, and report incidents immediately. Carry out approved emergency action plans and ensure current CPR/AED/O2 and First Aid certification. Complete YMCA officials training and assist with association-wide sports programming as needed. Develop relationships with members, donors, and volunteers while supporting seasonal youth and adult sports programs.
Required Qualifications
- Must stay current in CPR/AED/O2 and First Aid, renewed annually
- Must complete all required YMCA compliance trainings within 30 days of hire and renewed annually
- Must have experience in various YMCA programs or other programs similar to those the YMCA offers
- Must be in good physical working condition and able to perform the functions of the job
- Must display Christian character
