Job Summary
Sports Club Supervisor oversees daily operations of the Sports Club, Fitness Center, wellness programs, recreation activities, and member services to ensure an exceptional experience for members and guests. Provides daily guidance to Sports Club colleagues, assists with staffing and scheduling, promotes member engagement, ensures facility readiness and safety, and helps execute wellness, fitness, and recreation programming. Serves as a visible leader within the operation while supporting the Executive Director of Wellness and Sports Club Manager in achieving departmental goals and maintaining luxury service standards. Responsibilities include leading and coaching the team, ensuring facilities are safe and well-maintained, assisting with scheduling and payroll administration, supporting hiring and onboarding, promoting wellness programs and group fitness offerings, fostering member relationships, resolving member concerns, coordinating events, and maintaining Forbes Five-Star and AAA Five-Diamond service standards. Must be able to move throughout the property, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in varying weather conditions. Equal Opportunity Employer and Drug-Free Workplace.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Recreation, Hospitality, Fitness Management, Sports Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Current CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications required
- Valid driver's license required
