Job Summary

Oversee all front-of-house operations for the Sports and Entertainment bar, ensuring timely nightly service and maintaining proper staffing levels. Supervise dining room staff, manage bar prep, and execute entertainment riders while guaranteeing menu and product accuracy. Conduct nightly table visits to monitor guest satisfaction, train bartenders and servers, and address service-related issues immediately. Collaborate with the manager, chef, and marketing team on menu development, special events, and player development initiatives. Work 90% of the time on the floor, managing inventory, beer rotations, and social media accounts to drive clientele growth. Maintain strict adherence to We-Ko-Pa Way service standards, health codes, and tribal licensing requirements.

Required Qualifications

  • Two years of Supervisory Experience in a high-volume, bar-focused restaurant or sports bar
  • Extensive beer and liquor knowledge
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Self-motivated with attention to detail
  • 4 diamond resort or casino experience
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to maintain a marketing and entertainment calendar
  • Budgetary experience and ability to manage P&L statements, labor, cost of beverage sales, and menu costing
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Agilysis, and Stratton Warren or comparable inventory systems
  • Must be able to work nights, weekends, holidays, and events needed by business demands
  • Must be able to lift more than 50 pounds and push or pull 100
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain State/Tribal License (including extensive background check)
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug test
  • Must have the ability to maintain a marketing and entertainment calendar
  • Must have budgetary experience and be able to manage P&L statements, labor, cost of beverage sales, and menu costing
  • Must have strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Agilysis, and Stratton Warren or comparable inventory systems
  • Must be knowledgeable of all health department standards
  • Must receive and have a current Food Handlers Card at all times
  • Must complete the Management Title IV training through Human Resources
