Job Summary
Lifeguard to supervise pool and ancillary areas, respond promptly to incidents, provide first aid in line with training, perform water quality testing and take corrective action, maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety, and deliver friendly guest service as a Parkdean Resorts ambassador. Ongoing training in health & safety, lifesaving skills, customer care, and pool plant operations is required. Strong customer-focused approach, confidence in a fast-paced environment, and flexibility to work varied shifts (including weekends and bank holidays) are essential. A DBS/background check will be carried out where appropriate.
Required Qualifications
- A valid NPLQ Lifeguard qualification
- Pool Lifeguard Trainer Assessor, Pool Plant Operations, or First Aid at Work qualifications (desirable)
