Job Summary
Activity & Leisure Assistant at Parkdean Resorts supporting the Activity & Leisure Manager to deliver a safe, fun, and high-quality activity programme for guests. Responsibilities include delivering activity, sports, and leisure sessions; maintaining leisure areas; ensuring equipment safety and correct storage; upselling retail and ancillary income through product knowledge; providing friendly customer service and representing the park; and complying with policies and operating guidelines. Requires a relevant NGB qualification or willingness to work towards one; experience in leisure or customer-facing roles is desirable; flexibility to work varied days including weekends and bank holidays. DBS background checks may be carried out as part of safeguarding.
