Lead the training team as a dual role of trainer and manager, coaching staff, providing feedback, and ensuring adherence to safety standards and operational procedures. Maintain oversight of training areas and materials while coordinating closely with upper management and other departments. Support events, competitions, and workshops by contributing ideas for new actions and activities. Work flexible shifts including days, evenings, and weekends, with a weekly schedule of approximately 20 hours combining training duties and leadership responsibilities.
