Sporting Manager - Football

Job Summary
Oversee planning and execution of NFL games and events at Bank of America Stadium. Lead the Sporting Coordinator - Football and collaborate with internal staff to develop event plans, outlines, maps, and diagrams for hosting NFL games. Manage event preparation and execution for Football games and stadium-wide events, coordinate gameday activations and sponsor engagements, supervise staff, coordinate with vendors and departments, and produce post-event reports to improve future operations. Ensure event readiness, crowd control, cleanliness, equipment and gate setup, and maintain effective communication with stadium staff, vendors, and stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 2-3 years of people management
- 5-7 years of advanced responsibility in Stadium, Arena or Major Event management
- 3-4 years of leadership and managerial experience
- Must be available to work weekends, nights, holidays
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must pass pre-employment screens
