Sporting Goods Team Member

Greet customers and provide best-in-class service while building rapport and offering suggestions to increase sales. Maintain customer readiness by keeping the sales floor clean, stocking endcaps and merchandise, and executing nightly recovery through facing, sweeping, and critical product filling. Assist with in-store price changes, merchandise resets, freight flow coordination, and cash register operations. Promote loyalty programs and company initiatives. This role requires a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, with the ability to lift 50 lbs and climb ladders. Candidates handling firearms must be 18+, possess a valid firearm license, pass a background check, and comply with all federal and state laws regarding firearm sales and safety.
