Sporting Goods Team Member

Greet customers and provide best-in-class service while building rapport and offering suggestions to increase sales. Keep endcaps, merchandise, and sale items full and in stock by maintaining sales floor cleanliness, executing nightly recovery through facing and critical product filling, and assisting with merchandise resets and visual display maintenance. Manage in-store price changes for regular, clearance, and sale items, and assist with cash register functionality and freight flow coordination. Promote customer loyalty programs and credit card initiatives. This role requires a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, with the ability to lift 50 lbs and climb ladders. Team members handling firearms must be 18+, pass a background check, and complete firearms safety training.
