Job Summary
Train, develop, and lead Team Members within assigned zones while assigning, prioritizing, and executing daily merchandising needs. Ensure proper product facing, zone recovery, and consistent price change execution by reading planograms and coordinating resets. Manage in-aisle customer service, promote loyalty programs, and mentor diverse populations in a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Requires 1-3 years of retail or leadership experience and the ability to act decisively in a fast-changing environment.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Team Members who handle or sell firearms must be 18 years of age or older
- Team Members who handle or sell firearms must be able to possess a firearm under the Gun Control Act 18 USC 922(g)
- Team Members who handle or sell firearms must pass a background check
- Team Members who handle or sell firearms must be trained on firearms sales and safety
- Team Members who handle or sell firearms must comply with all applicable state, federal, and local laws and regulations with respect to the sale, storage, and safe handling of firearms
Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-3 years of previous related retail or leadership experience
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and build relationships in a face paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to act decisively and implement solutions
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and respond flexibly in a quick changing environment
