Job Summary

Required Qualifications

• •minimum of a high school diploma, or general education degree (GED)
• •1-3 months of related experience or training
• •equivalent combination of education and experience
• •Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's
• •Ability to read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence and memos
• •Ability to write simple correspondence
• •Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers and other associates of the organization
• •Ability to be organized, multi-task and maintain all aspects of a support role
• •Ability to work independently and with the team
• •Exercise judgment and tact and be able to effectively work with all levels within the organization
• •Strong oral/written communication and presentation skills to communicate effectively and in a timely manner
• •Ability to apply basic understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram
• •Demonstrates attention to detail
• •Be professional in appearance and attitude, contribute to a positive team atmosphere, and treat others with respect and consideration while following Scheels' policies and procedures
• •Willing to do other tasks as assigned by the leadership team and Support Leads
